The Continuity group has a priority to ensure that the movement of any pupils at any time is considered as a priority. The group worked on a Transition Code of Practice and adopted a soft landing approach as a central theme. Other areas of work have been

liaison between schools on the implemetation of early electronic data transfer
a cohesive approach to transition units of work for Year 6 /Year 7 pupils
development of the student voice, including a HuntSNet student council
