The work of the People and Partnerships group centres on the well-being and Continuous Professional Development for all school staff across the HuntSNet schools. The development of a recruitment brochure with commercial sponsorship last year was a major achievement for the group. In addition to this, recent work includes

• Assessment for Learning training day for HuntSNet staff
• instigated the formation of the HuntSNet Leadership group for deputies and senior staff
• looking into the CPD needs of school administrative staff
• investigating training for Higher Level teaching assistants
• planning training for recently qualified teachers on mind mapping
• planning the HuntSNet professionl days for 28th February 2005 (Jenny Mosley) and 10th February 2006 (Geoff Hannon)
